COLOMBIAN STATES Tolima 1870 5c black, vertical strip of five, complete left half of pane, positions 1,3,5,7,9, setting III, on white wove paper (unknown for this setting), margins all around, affixed on piece, with ink strokes through the stamps, minor wrinkles and toning, with 2010 Dieter Bortfeldt cert. stating "genuine in all aspects, in very fine condition and perfect typeset impression. On this paper it is the largest multiple and as far as we can say is unique" (last sold at auction for Euro 9,600)
